7 Bands Where 2014 May Be Their Last Year

5. Aerosmith

Known as "The Bad Boys from Boston" and "America's Greatest Rock n' Roll Band," Aerosmith have had a prolific music career from their early years, to their comeback courtesy of Run-DMC, to their second comeback with "I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing." They've had their ups and downs, awards and pitfalls, and yet they keep pumping out hard rock music for us to bang out heads too. But it's hard to know if this band will last through the year. It took them six years to record the album that came out in 2012, with touring, feuds between Steven Tyler and Joe Perry, and health issues being the main reasons for the long wait; and worse, critics found the album to be barely mediocre. So what's next? They toured Australia in 2013 but had to cancel their last three tour dates due to illness. The boys are getting old and we wonder how much more rock they have in them. Still, it's hard to picture these guys going down without a fight - rock and roll just wouldn't be the same.
