2. Twilight

If you had the pleasure of listening to Myles & Slash's collaborative track, Starlight, from the latter's solo album, consider this a sequel to that song.

Myles must clearly have a few philosophical or celestial bones in his body, because both tracks discuss what it would be like to look down upon humanity and mankind's progression from the stars. Twilight especially is impeccably well written, containing many notions about where should we head next, what thought processes have done the most damage societally, and what needs to change for the best going forward.

"Divided by differences, now everything is torn apart. Tomorrow is contingent on the tolerance of every heart."

Like "When I close my eyes, I dream that we are colourblind", from the racial commentary that was Calm the Fire, Myles continues to impress as a lyricist, putting such concepts as tolerance and acceptance into very poetic, eloquent and memorable phrasing.

Listen out for: Another tiny glimpse of Mark just knocking it out the park on guitar, with phrasing that boggles the mind. Check 3:20 and get out your notepads - it's going to take some breaking down.
