9. Limp Bizkit - Faith
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l-EdCNjumvI Original Artist George Michael (1987)Released 1997 (Three Dollar Bill, Yall) Limp Bizkit were at the forefront of the Nu-Metal movement of the late 90s thanks to the release of their debut album and its accompanying single; a cover of former WHAM front man George Michaels iconic smash hit off his debut solo album of the same name, Faith. Utilizing a mixture of hip hop and heavy metal the likes of which were all the rage at the time, Fred Durst and crew created a mainstream monster hit that mirrored that of the originals success a decade previous. Along with their own signature song Nookie, Limp Bizkits version of Faith propelled them to the top of the mainstream charts and has kept them in the limelight ever since. Although the original line-up faltered in the mid 2000s, they have since re-united and with not one but two albums on the horizon, and with Fred Durst attempting a career in films and television they are sure to remain in the spotlight for years to come.

Passions in life: Movies, Music and Wrestling....My childhood was spent growing up in the "Outback" of Australia (I'm a little bit country) and my adulthood resided within the city limits (I'm a little bit rock and roll), so you could say that I am the best (or worst) of both worlds. A 6 foot 7 ex wannabe pro wrestler (whose career was cut short due to a busted back, NOT caused by wrestling) & muso who has a precocious cat & a habit of doing the wrong thing but for the right reasons. The story of my life????
All demos, no albums ;)
