Converge are one of, if not the, most seminal hardcore bands to have graced many a ear for so many a ear. However, in spite of their rich back catalogue, their influence, and their having been around for over two decades now they are still an underground entity. Though that is mostly based on their extremity of their sound, still their latest album was perhaps one of their most accessible but no less intense and abrasive for it.
