Formed by former The Idoru frontman András Bödecs and Leander Kills (who were finalists in the 2018 edition of A Dal that was won by AWS) guitarist Miklós Czifra, Poision Alley are a techy hardcore outfit who relish in DIY aesthetic.
Initially opting to sell merch off their Facebook page instead of the usual sources such as Big Cartel, Poison Alley released their debut single the year of their formation back in 2015, and followed it up with debut EP Break Away, Cast Away, Fade Away the following year.
They would return in 2017 with the new EP Flowers of Evil, including a special vinyl edition featuring remastered versions of their previous releases. Poison Alley would also make their live debut later that year with a number of headline shows as well as a support date with Canadian post-hardcore mob Silverstein during their recent tour of Europe.
With a live backing back consisting of members of several prominent local bands including Satelles, Children of Fall and AWS, Poison Alley are already pushing for more live dates, including an appearance at the Beer Week in Budapest Afterparty in May 2018.
