Every Bob Dylan Album Ranked Worst To Best

23. World Gone Wrong (1993)

An engaging but ultimately middle-of-the-road effort from Dylan, World Gone Wrong adopts the same minimalist acoustic sound of its predecessor - Good As I Been To You - and features only traditional covers like the brilliant title track, Blood In My Eyes and Delia.

Dylan's voice on this record is typically emotive, his lyrics candid and true, whilst the music is purposefully reminiscent of his 60s golden years. There's not much there to make it stand out in the crowd of Dylan's extensive back catalogue, but there's enough to make listening to it a rewarding experience.
