Every Green Day Album Closing Song Ranked From Worst To Best

9. Oh Love - ¡Uno!

Green Day's 2012 trio of Spanish-named albums might have been done entirely so they could release an album called ¡Tré! with Tré Cool's face on the cover, but they produced some decent music as a pleasant side effect.

The first in the trilogy, ¡Uno!, ends with a neat little number called Oh Love, that also just so happened to be the album's lead single. It concerns a troubled romance and features some snappy rhyming couplets, including Armstrong singing that his heart is both "on a noose" and "on the loose".

There were critics at the time who complained that the song was too safe in its structure, and they were absolutely right, but there's enough Green Day goodness to prevent it from being a total washout. The production is crisp and everything sounds big enough to help the time pass, even if it sounds like they thrashed out the chords in about five minutes.
