Every Iron Maiden Album Opening Song Ranked From Worst To Best

1. The Wicker Man - Brave New World

In the year 2000, Iron Maiden released their first album with Bruce Dickinson in almost a decade and the change in quality of the band's music was clear for all to see.

Dickinson still sounded amazing, slotting right back into the line-up like he'd never gone away. The end result of this reunion was a great new album and an all-time best Maiden song.

The Wicker Man, which was very loosely inspired by the film of the same name, blends all the best bits of Maiden's heavier music with their more commercially focused output. Thunderous drums, memorable riffs, a sing-a-long chorus, you name it, it's there.

Much like the titular structure at the end of the movie, The Wicker Man is totally on fire.
