Kanye West: 10 Best Songs You Haven't Heard

3. I Wonder

The song sample of Labi Saffire 'My Song' is used to perfection here. The subtle original is used to maximum effect on 'I Wonder'. The song, like most of the album, sounds stadium ready. Although the track has that feel to it, it still has the sincerity of early Kanye works, that allows for the song to retain its longevity in Kanye's most celebrated deep cuts.

The chorus can be belted out for all to hear, in a similar vein to more known songs off the record, like 'Stronger' and 'Homecoming'. The track is cited as a highlight on Graduation, though never released as a single.

The lyrics delve into the idea of dreams and life goals. However, this isn't an anthem for achieving those dreams, merely finding those dreams that you must chase. The track refers to dreams being challenging to discover in the first place. The sample plays into this theme perfectly, 'I wonder if you know what it means, to find your dreams'.
