http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SP82xBXXkqM Another example of Kiss doing their best Alice in Chains impersonation, this song has always brought to mind AIC's classic hit, "Heaven Beside You". That being said, once one gets past the derivative nature of the tune, it's actually quite memorable, due largely to an outstanding sing along chorus that is if you feel like singing along to a gloomy song about the suicide of a friend. Interestingly, co-writers on the song with Gene Simmons are future Kiss member Tommy Thayer and lead guitarist Bruce Kulick on what would be his last album with the band. Much later, Thayer would go on to replace Ace Frehley, adopting the latter's Space Man persona after Frehley became disillusioned with being part of the Kiss machinery all over again.
