Lady Gaga: 10 Most Outrageous Outfits

6. Tiered Gown This Francesco Scognamiglio designed, three tiered white gown was worn at the 2010 Brit Awards where Lady Gaga performed and won the award for "Best International Female Solo Artist." The mask was created by Gaga's favourite UK milliner Philip Treacy and the towering hair styled by Malcolm Edwards. Friend and designer Alexander McQueen had recently taken his life - and as a tribute Gaga performed a special version of "Telephone." An hour before the ceremony started Gaga tweeted: "Tonight's performance is inspired by our friend. Mask by Phillip Treacy, Sculpture by Nick Knight, Music by Lady Gaga. We miss you." For the performance Gaga kept with the Scognamiglio design added a cape by him, and rocked a lace body suit by Alex Noble. This gown looks like a layered cake and that huge hair is very Marie Antoinette - if a bit of wind got up underneath those tiers of fabric it's possible the Mother Monster could float away!
