Marilyn Manson: EVERY Album Ranked Worst To Best

2. Antichrist Superstar

Marilyn Manson's second album was the one that solidified their fame and image. With its dirty guitars, thumping bass, synth-pop undertones and Manson's croaky but melodic voice, Antichrist Superstar has all that his fans have come to love about him.

Featuring Manson's most famous song, "The Beautiful People," the record also includes the unfairly forgotten "Angel with the Scabbed Wings," the slow and moody "Dried Up, Tied and Dead to the World" and the superbly creepy "Tourniquet."

The backlash to the album's dark and violent themes was massive at the time, but that didn't slow its success one bit. Antichrist Superstar catapulted Manson to superstardom. No longer underground and niche, Manson and his band were on track to be the next big thing, and when an album is this good, it's not hard to see why.

Best Songs: The Beautiful People, Dried Up Tied and Dead to the World, Angel with the Scabbed Wings, Irresponsible Hate Anthem
