Radiohead: Every Album Ranked From Worst to Best

3. In Rainbows (2007)

220px-In_Rainbows_Official_Cover Every album from here to #1 can be considered the best since each one is perfect in my opinion and also every record from now on doesn't have any key tracks. The reason for that is the last three on the list should be listened to start to finish because every moment is musical perfection. Anyways, we'll start with In Rainbows at #3 (my personal favorite of their records). In Rainbows is Radiohead at their absolute artistic peak. Every song on the record flows perfectly when the one after it yet each one still has its distinct sound. No other record has been as successful at mixing electronic sounds with standard "rock" instruments and Radiohead have made a career blazing the path for this type of experimentation. The opener, 15 Step, is a perfect example the way Jonny Greenwood's guitar blends seamlessly into the song to enrich the overall sound. Nude, All I Need and Videotape are some of the most calming yet absorbing songs the band has ever released while Bodysnatchers, Weird Fishes(Arpeggi) and Jigsaw Falling Into Place are some of the best guitar driven songs they've ever recorded. Look no further than the From the Basement session for In Rainbows to see the greatest band in the world playing one of the greatest albums ever released. Key Tracks- All of them

My favorite movies are Before Sunrise, Pulp Fiction, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Alien and Her so don't be surprised to see those pop up in my writing from time to time. I'm currently in school for Journalism/English and I have an obsession with all things cinematic on the side.
