Valentine's Day: 20 Greatest Love Songs Of All Time

10. "And I Love Her" - The Beatles

http://youtu.be/Nm4YlZ3oYsQ You knew they would be on here. Yes, they were a great band. Did their reach exceed their grasp? (Help! anyone€anyone?) But I digress. The song is amazing. It features the claves, an underused/underappreciated instrument, and Ringo trades his drum kit for some bongos. So this song is from A Hard Day€™s Night, and McCartney wrote both €œCan€™t Buy Me Love€ and €œThings We Said€, however, he€™s been quoted as saying of €œAnd I Love Her€, €œIt was the first ballad I impressed myself with€It was a love song really.€ That€™s pretty obvious, Paul (by the way, pat yourself on the back a little harder). Also, check out the full quote here and his mention of how important the word €œAnd€ is in the title. Yeah.
