While the model pictured looks a bit north of her teenage years, it's pretty clear what this costume is implying. Even the product description begins with "Our pink sexy jail bird outfit is one naughty bad girl costume. " Better ask for ID before hooking up with anyone sporting this costume at your annual Halloween shindig.

Beyond that, how exactly the "diva" portion of this is represented is anyone's guess. Is it the high heel shoes (not included)? The make-up job (not included)? The girl (definitely not included!)? Also not included - the handcuffs, that more or less make up the "prisoner" portion of the outfit, given those aren't typical prison colours. That being said, at least this outfit clocks in at a relatively low $14.99 - a much better bargain than the Pizza Rat!
