10 Awesome Playgrounds That Will Make You Want To Be A Kid Again
8. Nishi Rokugo - Tokyo
Another place that has embraced the beauty of the Dunlop is Nishi Rokugo Park in Tokyo. The space uses 3,000 old tires in myriad ways. The unique park features a variety of sculptures made from tires, including a robot and a space ship. Children can even climb the sculptures and pretend to ride a giant rubber Godzilla.
The playground also includes tunnels, mountains, concrete slides, and of course, tire swings. One slide is so massive, that 20 children can slide down it at once. There are also loose tires around to use for building your own games, whether you’re an adult or child. Just don’t embarrass your kids by falling off the swings. But if you do, you’ll land in sand and come back fairly unscathed.
