4. Bruce Willis
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DK0jnTbQzjU To be fair to Bruce Willis, the guy was just at a basketball game enjoying himself when he was probably ambushed by a TV crew who wanted to talk to him to give the game a little more star power, so being drunk probably didn't provide him with the best judgement to say no. That and the fact that he had a new movie to promote, the surprisingly enjoyable Live Free or Die Hard, which he proclaims to be "better than the first", really the first clear indication that the guy is absolutely wrecked. Still, things get better when the interviewer makes the very un-wise decision to say to a drunk Willis, "Yippie ki-yay, Bruce", to which Willis retorts with the signature, uncensored line from his Die Hard movies, aired on national television when millions of children would likely have been watching. A newcaster promptly apologies for the language, but really, who the Hell sets up an inebriated Bruce Willis with such a line and doesn't expect him to say it in full? Hilarious.
