The most troubling stories to emerge from Disneyland are the numerous accounts of dressed-up employees, as well as some visitors, groping park guests. While many were later proven to be false accusations, there are a number that either led to convictions or are still up in the air to this day. One of the most notable incidents was in 1976, when a woman claimed that one of the Three Little Pigs had grabbed her inappropriately. Allegedly, the Pig had fondled her breasts while screaming "Mommy! Mommy!" into her face. It was later concluded that the woman had been lying in order to gain $150,000, as the Pig costume had inoperable, stubby arms. It was in 2004 though, that a Disney cast member was prosecuted following groping accusations. Michael Chartrand was an employee that worked inside a Tigger costume, who was questioned by police following a complaint that he'd fondled a 13-year-old girl's breast during a photo shoot. Chartrand was arrested and charged with molestation of a child and simple battery, and 24 more complaints were made against him in the following week.
