Disney doesn’t just attract the cartoon aficionados to the parks, but Walt Disney World resort is renowned for having some of the best hidden eats in the world. Visitors flock to the parks to experience the secret off-menu delights that Mickey and the gang have to offer.

The World Premier Food Court offers an array of secret menu items that only guests in the know can get their hands on. With some of these dishes, you would sound like a complete lunatic when ordering unless you knew it really existed. For example, there is such creations as the cinnamon bun burger, and the experimental cheese curd poutine. Neither of these items have a home on the World Premier menu.

Disney Springs houses Sprinkles Cupcakes who offer a lavish array of secret cupcakes, which are hidden behind the counter within the bakery section with no promotion other than an ‘off-menu’ tag next to them. Always have a look in the background before you finalise your order in this little slice of heaven.

Although this has now been retired, Pecos Bills Tall Tale Inn offered a secret challenge item. This was not just a mere plate of food, but when asked for, the Nacho Rio Grande challenge pitted the visitor against a Man vs Food style eating challenge. The secret eat came complete with special seating area, a VIP entrance and emcee to narrate your struggles to the other diners. Are there any more of these secret challenges within the confines of Walt Disney World?

In short, Walt Disney World has hidden gems hidden off menu in pretty much every eatery, and again, don’t be afraid to ask cast member within any of the food establishments wether there are any of these off-menu delights. Chances are that the best of the best dishes are reserved for people in the know.
