10 London Pubs You Need To Drink In Before You Die

2. Jerusalem Tavern

Where: Britton Street What: Small historic venue serving excellent beer Located within an 18th century building, the Jerusalem Tavern is an instantly likeable establishment. The rugged interior is homely and welcoming, laden with wooden decor and a warming fireplace. Most notably, the Jerusalem Tavern offers the full range of beers from St Peter's Brewery in Suffolk - a non-mainstream selection that will appease any beer aficionado. These are available from a line of casks just behind the bar counter, served up by knowledgeable, friendly bar staff. Although the Jerusalem Tavern has only been operating as a pub since the 1990s, it has already made a name for itself as one of the best drinking pubs in London.
