10 Movies That Don’t Get Enough Love At Walt Disney World
6. Hercules
He may put the glad in gladiator but you won't find much trace of Hercules here.
Despite enjoying a popular film and a tv series back in the 90s, the Greek God has not found himself a regular feature of the parks at Disney World. You can spot Hercules and Megara out and about occasionally but there isn't a regular place to catch them.
Hades has also made a number of appearances in the past, most notably as the host of Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom. It's a shame as with his wit Hades is a pretty good villain to use as an host at a show.
The movie Hercules would really make a good ride. Perhaps a dark ride or 3D simulator? How about even a Phil's Training Academy similar to the Jedi one at Hollywood Studios where kids could become big and strong like Hercules?
There is often criticism that Magic Kingdom doesn't have enough for boys, especially in the Princess packed Fantasyland. The adventures of gladiator Hercules would certainly appeal to both genders.
