There's very little to see of the 1961 animated classic when you spend your vacation at Walt Disney World.
Apart from references to them at All-Star Movies, there are no other real nods to our canine heroes at the resort.
It's hard to think of a place where the movie would fit into the parks. It is a popular franchise with both the animated movies and live action versions doing well at the box office. It seems a shame that there isn't a permanent home for Pongo, Perdita and their 99 puppies.
Perhaps a Peter Pan flight style ride based on the Twilight Bark from the movie would could have worked? Other than Hollywood Studios it's hard to see just where an attraction like that would go.
The only character from the movie that has become a regular feature is Cruella De Vil. Possibly one of Disney's greatest villains, Cruella does makes appearances around the parks, including at the recent Club Villain event.
