Essentially, yes, because scientists have created mind-boggling technology that taps into our brains imaging systems. That's right, it can see what you can see - and will eventually be able to tap into your dreams. The machines, using Magnetic Resonance Imaging, succeeded in reading minds by decoding and reconstructing visual experiences of test subjects. The tests involved showed volunteers a movie trailer, and then reconstructing what had just been shown via the medium of this new dream machine. What's truly astounding is that this fancy bit of kit, potentially, has a wonderfully noble use: it will allow understanding and communication for people who cannot interact verbally. Stroke victims and people in comas may be able to send messages entirely through their brain, which is simply miraculous. Science is bloody good, isn't it?
