10 Reactions Everyone Has Visiting World Famous Places
5. Well, Its Definitely A Rock.
Landmark/Attraction: Plymouth Rock Location: Plymouth, Massachusetts Designer/Artist: N/A Completed: N/A Yes, we get it; this is where the Pilgrims touched down, and we're all indebted to their bravery and resilience. But this tourist attraction, commemorating those Pilgrims, isn't worth our time, much less theirs This is a classic 'what you see is what you get' type of attraction. At the end of the day, no matter how important the rock is, and no matter what history was made upon that rock (which is actually a matter of some debate), it is still just a freaking rock, sitting in a sandy pit, in a badly lit area by the water. After posing with it and staring at it (for like, a minute? Maybe less?), you'll find yourself moving on to the next item in your itinerary.
