In your capacity as a top secret agent, you may need to throw your adversaries a curveball every now and again. Enter the Sonic Nausea Device. According to its Amazon page (yep, you can buy it over the internet), the combination of high-frequency sounds emitted by the device can induce"headaches, intense irritation, sweating, imbalance, nausea, or even vomiting".

Now, we don't know about you, but we find that it's very difficult to devise an evil plan for world domination when you've got a splitting headache and dicky tummy.

The device can be hidden in the room of any evil dictator or annoying neighbour that you so choose. The noises that it emits are ultrasonic, so they are too high to be detected by the human ear, but their effects can certainly still be felt.

The Amazon page recommends that this device is used with "Extreme discretion". We have chosen to take  this to mean "discreetly", you know, because you're a spy and all.
