10 Secret Alien Bases Around The World

1. Area 51

Dulce Base is like Area 51's younger brother, in all respects. The military base, found not far out of the UFO hotspot of Roswell, has had its existence confirmed. You can drive past it, even. But you'll absolutely not be let inside to verify claims of a secret alien base that have been made in countless books, films, TV shows and video games over the years. In fact, despite being founded in the forties it took until the turn of the century for the US government to actually acknowledge its existence, with the public at large understanding they did secret military tests there, trying out experimental aircraft and all that business. Experimental aircraft based on alien technology, perhaps? Perhaps! Area 51 is inextricably linked to the Roswell UFO crash. Which might have been a weather balloon smashing into someone's house, or may have been a concerted effort by the US government to cover up a crashed UFO, before spiriting away its deceased occupants to Area 51 to dissect, before discovering a way to get in contact with wherever it came from. Despite admitting that it exists, nobody official has come forward to say exactly what's going on at Area 51. Security remains tight. Despite all eyes being on the base, and all the local alien sightings, they've kept schtum. Highly suspicious.
