10 Survival Tips For When Your Internet Goes Down

3. Go For A Run

Once you've finished your deliciously made meal, you're going to want to work off all of the pounds you probably just gained. This is easily the hardest of all of the tips on this list, but it's easily the most important. Go outside to get some fresh air and colour back into your skin. Then go for that run that you've been telling yourself you're going to go on since your New Year's Resolution from the year before. You'll do anything to avoid this step which is okay because even your procrastination will help pass the time until your internet comes back. Do yourself a favour and go for that run. You'll hate yourself while you're getting ready and you may even hate yourself mid-exercise, but the minute you're done and back, you'll feel so much better.
