Whenever this happens you're sort of sorry, not sorry, unless she's a really nice player and you have no idea what was going on with your arm at the time of impact. There are some players who do get too competitive and if they're losing, will try anything to bring you down, literally. They'll trip you up, pull your bib, pull your hair and pinch your side if you're taking a shot. This is when your acting skills come in and sometimes it's worth messing up a pass or a shot just to elbow the girl in the jaw. Obviously this is a joke and no netball player is guilty of this... You're all proper ladies, right?
