8. You'll Be Exhausted
Most classes are usually an hour long and although you tell yourself that an hour workout isn't a big deal, you're dying, and you've only just done the warm up. From sprints and shuttle runs to a few hooks and uppercuts, you'll feel like you're already halfway through the session - until you look at the time. "Oh, it's been eight minutes. Wait, what? EIGHT MINUTES?" You are working every muscle in your body and you'll feel absolutely exhausted by the end of it, but you'll be proud that you finished, and so happy that you can go home and lie down.
