5. You're Completely Exhausted
You'll think that you're dying. This is one of the best workouts that you can do because of the results that you get. High intensity workouts which use every muscle group in your body isn't exactly going to be a bad thing, is it? It will get easier over time but just now, you're only half way through and you're not sure if you're going to be able to make it. Just take comfort in the fact that everyone else in the class is struggling too. It's a great way to boost morale too if everyone finds it hard and cursing your instructor also helps.
