Last year, a picture of Smith's daughter Willow (then 13) depicting her lying in bed next to a man of 20 forced Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith into the limelight in a negative way. The couple are currently under investigation by child protective services over the supposedly controversial black and white snap, which depicts former Hannah Montana actor Moises Arias shirtless with Willow slouched in front of him. Willow's mother Jada defended the image, saying there was 'nothing sexual about it'. Arias and Wilow Smith are friends, as is Arias with Willow's brother Jaden. Los Angeles Department of Children And Family Services has launched a probe into the situation, and it seems that the situation won't be a one or two visit blast, but will likely be an open investigation, out of an abundance of caution.
