Typhoon Lagoon is one of Disney World's two water parks, the other being Blizzard Beach. First opening in 1989, the park is immensely popular, home to one of the world's largest outdoor wave pools.

Unfortunately, crime at water parks is not uncommon, and Typhoon Lagoon is no exception. In July 2009, a fifty-one year old man was charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition after he reportedly touched himself in front of a teenage girl.

According to an eye witness, after being confronted the man attempted to run away only to flee into the parking lot and charge straight into a stop sign. Subsequently the man was apprehended by police and detained on charges of driving with a suspended license, where he complained he hadn't done anything wrong at all, but that his swimsuit was simply too small.

Whether or not the man was playing dumb or not remains uncertain, in the end the charges were dropped after prosecutours determined there was insuffiecient evindnce in the case.
