5. Using The Machines At The Gym Correctly

If you're not sure of something, just ask. It doesn't make you stupid, it just means that you're wanting to have the most beneficial and safest workout possible. There are plenty of idiots already out there, so don't add to the dim witted population. Sometimes it's funny to watch some people just make things up at the gym but other times it's just annoying or dangerous. Don't work on your biceps in the squat rack because it's a squat rack and you'll look silly.
