Last week, the highly anticipated Skull Island: Reign Of Kong officially opened its doors officially to the general public.

In front of an exclusive crowd of Annual Pass holders, Skull Island: Reign of Kong opened in a blaze of fire. Kong has finally awoken in Orlando.

Located in Universal's Islands of Adventure theme park, Skull Island: Reign Of Kong takes you on a journey into the heart of the beast's homeland. You are invited to join the 1920's exploration team from 8th Wonder Expeditions as they try to unlock the secrets of this mysterious island.

This is the longest attraction that Universal has ever created and the experience starts at the very beginning. You will need to pass through what is possibly one of the most elaborate queues ever created as you make your way to the trackless ride vehicles that will take you on a ride into the depths of Skull Island.

There is so much going on with this attraction but just what exactly will be racing through your mind as prepare to meet Kong?
