For some reason, power cuts happen often. 

And the really annoying thing is, because you live that in the middle of the nowhere, no one actually realises that you have a power cut. 

Except for you of course, because you were right in the middle of a Netflix binge. Now you're going to have to sit in the darkness or go for another stroll with the dog by candlelight.
