If you visit the Owl Post shop at Hogsmeade you can get a special stamp added to your post.

Just ask the friendly witch or wizard at the counter and they will be able to stamp your letter or postcard with a Hogsmeade stamp. Just make sure if you do send it in the post that you put the correct stamp on it.
