You won't believe this, but the background colours of square A and B are exactly the same shade of grey. Seriously, put it into Paint or Photoshop and compare the two colours, you'll be amazed.
1. Spinning Dancer
Is this dancer spinning clockwise or anti-clockwise? The answer is both. Different viewers of this illusion see the dancer spinning in either of the two directions, while some will see her intermittently change direction. If you practice, it's possible to make her appear to spin back and forth at will. Because the figure has no visual cues for depth, the mind has to make guesses based on the information given.
