14. I'd Rather Be Eating
When you force yourself to work out and you're really not in the 'exercise zone' then it can become a massive chore and you'll resent being there. You'll also think of everything that you need to do with your life and you won't even be concentrating on your posture or your form (which can be dangerous) because you're too busy thinking about anything else. High on the list on 'things you'd rather be doing' is washing your car, watering the plants and in first place, EATING. You could have went straight home and ordered a pizza but no, your stupid body made its way to the gym and you're furious about your lack of control to make it go to bed with a take out.
