13. I Think I'm Dying

As soon as you start sweating, your heart rate rises and your legs to start to hurt, the automatic response is 'I'm dying." Now, unless you're genuinely having some trouble with a stroke or a heart attack, then you need to continue exercising as you're only half way through the warm up. Sometimes you need to understand the difference between pain and gain. (If you are injured then please stop).
