Book Ginny kicks movie Ginny's behind. The Ginny presented in the books is a prankster, just like her twin brothers and she is also bold to the point where she's almost fearless. She is a remarkable witch with a talent for performing hexes on people and this is simply not the side of Ginny that we see in the movies. Film Ginny is too awkward, quiet and a little bit dull to catch the wandering eye of the Chosen One. It seems as though Harry and Ginny's relationship is forged out of nothing in the films and everything down to their kissing is far from passionate. Film Ginny even hand feeds Harry mince pies whereas book Ginny would have thrown one onto his face and ran away laughing, and that makes all the difference because no one should look that serious when feeding someone a mince pie.
