10. Everyone Can Now Be A Breaking News Correspondent
Before Facebook, the only way you could spread some breaking news is to get on the telephone and tell your friends; otherwise, you had to wait for the paper the next morning. Thanks to the Facebook integration with millions of website, everyone is able to break news to their friends. Unfortunately that means your newsfeed can be filled with anything such as Justin Bieber news or Kim Kardashian's butt (which has pretty much broken the internet now). Before the days of Facebook, it took forever for you to get news, but now, you can get it almost as soon as it breaks thanks to this form of social media.
9. Posting A Video On Facebook Is So Easy, A Caveman Can Do It
Before Facebook, you had to be a technological genius with a computer science degree and the ability to code HTML in order to post a video on the internet. That sure sounds like a lot of work doesn't it? The great thing about Facebook is all you have to do is know how to copy and paste. No degree required. It's a great way to show some funny videos, probably involving cats. Also it's a great way to show off your musical tastes since YouTube has been a revival for the music video thanks to MTV going reality television instead of showing great music videos.
