2. Dog Snatchers!

During her anniversary celebrations with her husband she found that their two dogs, which are treated like her own children she tells us, were removed from her room and it took 20 minutes for the staff to return them. The hotel had removed the hounds due to too much noise but this hasn't left Gwenne a happy customer at all as she continues with review explaining how she is still very shaken from the experience.
