6. VUE Cinemas' Sticky Floors
If you can't find the film you want to see in the Cardiff Bay Odeon or the city centre's Cineworld, then you're left with no other choice than to make the trek to the run down VUE Cinema near the Millennium Stadium. With nowhere decent to eat in the immediate vicinity, it's a drag having to walk there, especially when the weather isn't on your side. Endure those hardships though and you'll be rewarded with toilets which are more than likely cleaned only once a week and floors which for some reason are always sticky. It doesn't matter what screen you're in or what film you're going to see, the floors are guaranteed to to cling to your shoes as you wade through presumably years worth of spilled soft drinks. With your feet firmly stuck to the ground, it's then time to enjoy a movie while sitting in the world's most upright cinema seats. No wonder the place is always empty.
