15. Charlotte Church: The Cardiff Spokesperson Nobody Wants

Charlotte Church's career is so far down the toilet that she probably can't even secure a place in the next series of Celebrity Big Brother, but the singer recently returned to the public eye to make a fool of herself, and by extension, Cardiff. Leading a paltry army of 250 protesters, the wealthy 29 year old decided to protest the Tories' austerity measures. That's fair enough, but after engaging in a Twitter war with the equally irrelevant Katie Hopkins, Church has successfully managed to make the protest all about herself. The city could and should be getting national media attention for more than just this buffoon.
