20 Problems Only People From Cardiff Will Understand

13. Digon Gyda'r Gymraeg (Enough With The Welsh)

According to a recent survey, roughly 10% of those living in Cardiff actually speak Welsh. That doesn't stop it from appearing on pretty much anything and everything though, and it's almost like it's been put there to aggressively remind visitors that, "Hey, you're in Wales!" Anyone who's been late catching a train will relate to having to listen to an announcement in Welsh first, only for the English version to play by the time you've missed the damn thing.
