20 Things Every Girl Will Remember From School Netball
3. The Victory Dance When You Scored A Goal
If you weren't a shooter, this was a pretty marvellous achievement. You always came last during a game of Killer that the teacher would spring on you as a warm up and a shooting practise - you basically had to score to stay in the game, and if the person behind you scored first, you were out. The post was too high, the net was absent and the ring was too small but there was that one day; it was a Tuesday at 3.34pm and you did it. You scored a goal. Everyone ignored the fact that you did footwork, but no one was going to take it away from you.
