15. Camp Mickey-Minnie

Built in an area originally slated to be Beastly Kingdom, Camp Mickey-Minnie was a the main place at Animal Kingdom where guests could meet Disney characters. Aimed at kids, you could meet King Louie, Tigger as well as Pocahontas and her Forest Friends.

The Festival of the Lion King stage show also used to be found at Camp Mickey-Minnie before it was relocated to a brand new theatre.

Camp Mickey Minnie was shut down in 2014 to make way for Pandora: World of Avatar.

14. Davy Crockett Explorer Canoes

Running from when Magic Kingdom first opened until 1994, the Davy Crockett Explorer Canoes allowed you to embark on a boat adventure along the Rivers of America.

Guests would paddle the large canoes along the same waterways as the Liberty Belle Riverboat.

Despite these no longer being available at Walt Disney World, guests at Tokyo Disneyland and Shanghai Disney can still enjoy the ride. Currently Disneyland's Davy Crockett Explorer Canoes are closed until the end of July for refurbishment.
