20 Things That Are Gone But Not Forgotten From Walt Disney World
7. Pleasure Island
Once upon a time Disney Springs used to be Downtown Disney. At its centre was a nightclub area named Pleasure Island.
Pleasure Island was filled with dancing, comedy shows and the popular Adventurers Club. Every evening at Pleasure Island was New Years Eve, with fireworks to mark the occasion.
Dwindling attendance meant that the Pleasure Island's clubs shut in September 2008.
6. Sum Of All Thrills
Closing quietly last year, Sum of All Thrills was an attraction in Epcot which allowed guests to design their own ride.
Using a KUKA arm attached to a seat, guests would experience the twists turns and inversions of their created roller coaster. You were able to create anything from a family friendly attraction to something much more thrilling.
