15. Be Prepared For Some Crazy Stories
Sometimes it feels like everyone who works with the public has at least a couple of amazing stories to tell and occasionally they're so incredible that you don't actually want to believe them. More often than not, you'd be shocked by the capacity of real people to be animals: it's literally amazing how many people defecate in changing rooms on a daily basis.
