This is Frostie the baby goat. He was found dehydrated, covered in lice and, due to an infection from birth, had lost the movement in his hind legs. Hed had a rough start in life until an Australian farmer found him, and with some help, fitted a set of wheels to him so he could run around like any baby goat should.
